Granite State Youth Soccer Foundation was created from the organization formally known as GSYSL.  In July of 2019 the NH Courts granted some of the former officers of GSYSL, through a petition to the NH Office of Non-Profit Organizations, to reorganize as a charitable fund to be known as GSYSF.  In addition , the court  appointed  5 directors to oversee and direct the distribution of funds.
